Enjoy CNY 100 off upon spending over CNY 350 with UnionPay Credit Card issued out of the Chinese mainland in selected high-end restaurants in Beijing，Shanghai，Guangzhou，Shenzhen and Hangzhou with certain terms and conditions.
*Each card can only enjoy one discount per day, and a maximum of 10 discounts during the whole Benefit Period.

Terms and Conditions( For each Phase):
1. Users can CNY 100 off upon spending over CNY 350 with UnionPay SplendorPlus Credit Card and UnionPay Credit Card issued in South Korea and users can CNY 50 off upon spending over CNY 350 with other UnionPay Credit Card issued out of the Chinese mainland, in selected high-end restaurants in Beijing，Shanghai，Guangzhou，Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Each card can only enjoy one discount per day, and a maximum of 10 discounts during the current promotion period.
2. There are total 1200 quotas (shared by all the selected restaurants), on a first come, first served basis according to the transaction time.
3. The discount amount will be calculated in RMB and deducted in real-time, and converted into the account based on the currency of the card and real-time exchange rate.
4. In case of reverse transactions such as refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, it shall be deemed that the user has waived the discount, and the actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
5. The discounts and benefits granted in this activity are only for the user's own use. If the user obtains or uses the discounts in an improper manner (including but not limited to modifying the user's location, using cheating tools, engaging in false transactions with merchants, etc.), UnionPay International Co Ltd (hereinafter “UnionPay International”) has the right to cancel the user's participation qualification, revoke relevant transactions, revoke the preferential benefits (including used and unused ones), freeze the user's account, and refuse the natural person user to participate in any future UnionPay International promotional activities.
6. All the timeslots are based on the backend system of UnionPay International (Beijing Time). In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances (such as major disasters requiring suspension or adjustment by authorized authorities, system failures requiring suspension, or violations of consumer rights resulting from cheating during activities), UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this activity within the scope permitted by law. The list of participating restaurants may not be able to participate in the activity due to changes in business conditions, and the specific details shall be subject to the on-site business situation.
7. Only transactions through UnionPay network are eligible for this activity, while transactions through third-party platforms are not qualified. Stored-value products such as vouchers, stored-value cards and tobacco and alcohol products will not participate in this activity.
